• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1 to 4 business days

• Extended Delivery: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days due to remote locations, high order volumes, or logistics delays.

Delivery Charges

• Dubai: AED 15 to AED 25 (depending on the area)

• Other Emirates: AED 25 to AED 40

• Free Delivery for orders above AED 250 within Dubai

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Self Pickup Option

Customers can opt for self-pickup from our location:
