Product Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy for eligible products. You have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• The return must be pre-approved by contacting us at info@partyjunction.org.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Non-returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials or flammable goods

• Items purchased on sale or using gift cards

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

• If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@partyjunction.org.

Cancellation Policy – Party Bookings

We understand that plans may change. However, due to limited availability and preparation involved:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled party date will be accepted.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
